Background:

After completing his undergraduate degree in Biology and English at Amherst College in Massachusetts, Dr. Yoon attended medical school at New York Medical College. Dr. Yoon then completed his internship, residency and cardiology fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He then pursued further training in advanced cardiac imaging, first at Yale West Haven VA Hospital in Connecticut, then at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, new York. Dr. Yoon has published numerous papers in peer reviewed medical journals and presented his original research at national cardiology meetings.
