Background:

Dr. Pacino earned his medical degree from Keck School of Medicine and continued on to complete his internship and residency in internal medicine at LAC + USC Medical Center. Along with his other duties in the Division of Geriatric and General Internal Medicine, Dr. Pacino leads the division's efforts in the area of pre- and post-operative care of the surgical patient. He is board certified in internal medicine, and is a member of the American Medical Association and the Society of General Internal Medicine. His clinical interests include internal medicine and transfusion-free medicine. Dr. Pacino’s academic responsibilities include teaching core curriculum for third year medical students.
