Background:

Dr. Tse-Ling Fong is the medical director of the USC Liver Transplant Program. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Southern California. Following his residency in internal medicine at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, he completed a hepatology fellowship at the USC Liver Unit. He also completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center before becoming a clinical associate with the Liver Diseases Section at the National Institutes of Health. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and members of the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease and Western Society for Clinical Investigation. Since 2002 he has been named every year to “Best Doctors in America” distinction.
