Dr. Torralba was born in Manila, Philippines. Coming from a family of well-regarded physicians in the Philippines, and having grown up learning about medical conditions even at the dinner table, Dr. Torralba has a deep inclination towards the treatment of patients with chronic and systemic rheumatic conditions.
